For thousands of years, vinegar has had a range of applications in cooking, cleaning, and in medicine.  It has been used as a digestive aid, a method for weight loss, and an antibacterial treatment.  It’s thought to increase satiety, prevent infections, and possess antioxidant capabilities.

While science has yet to prove the effectiveness of many of its applications, at the very least vinegar is a low-calorie way to add delicious flavor to our Pumpkin Seeds!
